The best budget option is Cherry Blossom, I would say, in O'Connell Ave. It's no fun though, as they only have one dorm room, with an absolute stupid, annoying, filthy single-sex rule :) So, imagine a six-bedder boys' chaos. The bed costs 20 euros, while the alternatives consist in a 30 euro single room or a 50 euro double.
