Well, probably the cheapest option would be driving, but I guess you're not considering that ... there's the bus lines that operate here ... there's the Busaras company that has daily fares to Belfast and Galway, as well as the Citylink company ... this one is a little cheaper ... coming from Liverpool for instance, you can take a ferry that will bring you all the way to Dublin Port ... Trains run to almost any corner of the country ...
