Not just touring, but also tasting ... The Old Jameson Distillery in Dublin organizes such tours and you get to see the entire distilling process ... so that you know where your hangover comes from :) It costs 8 Euros, but they also offer free tasting at the end ... I wouldn't think twice :) It's on Bow street
