St. Patrick Cathedral in Dublin

Posted 1 year ago by sasha in response to avatar moxie's question: What can you tell me about the Church of Saint Patrick in Dublin? I have to make a report on it. (give a different answer) .

Well, the cathedral was built in the 5th century out of wood, but it has been replaced with the construction rising today in the 12th century. The old choir of Saint Patrick was the first to sing Handel's "Messiah", and the nowadays members still perform it at 5.45 pm daily. Take care the church is closed during worship service, and you have to pay a 4.20 tax to enter.
