Patrick Guilbaud restaurant in Dublin

Come on! You can't be in Dublin and ignore Irish classics...I'll tell you what: we go down to a compromise -on Upper Merrion St, there's Patrick Guilbaud's restaurant. It's owned and run by this sophisticated French, the atmosphere exudes the elegance you desire, but they also serve salmon from local rivers, Bantry Bay scallops, Connemara lobster. Dinner takes 65$ out of your wallet.
