I spent almost a month last year in Dublin and I always went for lunch at this restaurant called Stag's Head. It's more of a pub than a restaurant actually, but they serve delicious filling stews. and all in very nice Victorian surroundings :) it's on Dame street and a lunch will set you back around 7 Euros
