Great French specialties at the Chapter One restaurant in Dublin

I don't know how many French restaurants there actually are in this town, but I know one place that really deserves the name. It's called the Chapter One restaurant and there you can find almost anything you can call French cuisine. It's on Parnell square, but it's a little pricey; go for the foie gras .yummy!
