I've only been to Dublin once, and I stayed at this hotel called Number 31, on Lessen Close. It's a very nice hotel if you consider the amenities and the service (room service included), and it costs around 100 Euros. I'm not sure about the prices in Dubin, but this didn't seem expensive to me.
