There are many mid-range hotels in Dublin where you can spend the night at decent prices. I stayed at many hotels in Dublin, but the one that really made me come back is the Castle Hotel. This place offers great accommodation for just 70 Euros a night, and staying there is quite an experience. They claim this is the oldest hotel in town, but you wouldn't think so if you looked at the amenities :) It's on Great Denmark street.
