I hope you're not expecting someone will take you in for a few nights? just kidding :) I went to Dublin a couple of times and I stayed at hostels most of the time ... the best one though in terms of location and amenities is this one called Globetrotters Hostel. It charges around 20 Euros a night and you're guaranteed to have a good time ... it's in the center of the city, on Lower Gardiner street
