Everywhere. Of course, official ones take place at the Opera House, at the theater, but a lot of them are not planned and start out of the sudden in pubs and street corners,,.talented artists don't need rehearsals and during one weekend in late October the town sizzles. The festival is sponsored by Guinness beer, so performers and spectators get stiff drunk side by side..
